Madeline (Mads) is a designer with over a decade of experience across the full brand experience, from identity systems and marketing campaigns to the environmental graphics of 70+ physical locations. Her background in the fitness industry gave her an early education in high-volume, multi-touchpoint design: work that has to perform as well in a store environment as it does in an inbox. She is drawn to brands where design and the customer experience are inseparable.
